Each blend is customised based on your response on the quiz.

You can change or cancel your subscription anytime. However bear in mind that if you cancel your subscription it does not cancel any orders which are already in process.

To check the status of your subscription and/or location, follow these directions:

Its super simple! Take 2 scoops (1mg each in the pre-measured spoon that comes with your blend) of the micro beads blend and have it plain with some water, blend it in your smoothie or add it to your food – enjoy!

We recommend that you take your daily dose for at least a few weeks up to 3 months to feel the the results.

Sign up on our registration page to access your account portal. From there, you can easily manage your subscription, including adjusting shipment dates, swapping products, or canceling at any time.

Depending on your subscription plan, you will receive either a one-month supply if you choose the 1-month subscription. Opting for the 3-month subscription will provide you with refills to last for 3 months. With the 6-month subscription, shipments will be sent every 3 months (twice). For the 1-year subscription, packages will be shipped every 3 months (totaling 4 shipments).

You can update your shipping and billing information at any time in your account page.

Yes, feel free to access your account to modify the upcoming shipment date for your order at least 1 week before the scheduled shipment date of your subscription plan. Bear in mind that any changes made later than 1 week before your shipment is due will not be possible.

  1. For First-Time Orders:
    Your order will ship within 1 to 3 business days after it is placed. Once shipped, you will receive a follow-up email with your shipment tracking information.
  2. For Recurring Orders:
    You can log in to your account to modify the upcoming shipment date for your order at least 1 week before the scheduled shipment date of your subscription plan. Please note that any changes made later than 1 week before your shipment is due will not be possible.

Currently, we have a standard shipping time of 5-7 days from the day of your order.

We are pleased to offer a full refund for your first vitamin pack if you are not satisfied. Please email us at info@her-bio.com within 30 days of your first delivery for a no-questions-asked refund.
