Meet Ellina & Emily

We wanted to start by introducing ourselves!

Ellina & Emily, co-founders of Her Bio, are thrilled to share our product and our story with you. We also wanted to thank you for including us in your health journey.

Her Bio is a personalized women’s hormone health supplement company. It started when two women joined forces with the conclusion that their hormone health needed more attention than what the doctor’s office could give them. Her Bio is made for women by women, who have themselves experienced their own struggles with hormone health management.

We chose personalized supplements because these tailored formulations are based on individual hormone profiles, health histories, and specific symptoms, ensuring that each woman receives the precise combination and dosage of nutrients her body needs. By addressing unique hormonal imbalances and deficiencies, personalized supplements can more effectively alleviate symptoms and promote overall well-being.
